Need some inspiration? Read this!!

Yesterday one of my coaching clients and good friend Sara showed that no matter what happens if you want it bad enough you can make it work.

The conditions leading in:
-3 or less runs a week
-chronic foot and knee injuries
-mother of 3 young kids
-husband works away
-trains in tropical heat.
-loses almost all possessions and house in townsville floods.

The result: 1st Ultra & 100km debut victory.

Sara not only completed the Oxfam 100km but held her own in the team with trail stars Lucy Bartholomew and Steph Auston , oh and they won overall.💥💥

So proud of this chick, she seriously continuous to inspire me with her determination, drive and grit.

Brilliant sunrise over our track session today. Such a great way to start the day with these lot! Stoked!

Session was:
Warm up +drills and strides
10x400m on 60sec rest.
Cool down.
