Reflecting on the times this summer above the clouds as I sit here in the clouds on this beautiful fall day. I’ve been taking some much needed down time after one of the most incredible running years of my life. Focusing on school and spending time in the mountains at a slower pace. The passion and true love for running in the mountains is something I want to do for a very long time, so listening to the body and letting it recover is key for longevity.
