Gary Robbins, le texte de sa publication du 11-10-2018 00:11:13 :
We have a thing locally called the triple crown. It involves riding up and down our three local hills, Mount Seymour, Grouse and Cypress. There's a mountain bike version (with a variety of interpretations) and a road bike version. A week ago I'd never done either of them. On Saturday I joined some friends for the mountain bike version, and today (Wednesday) I headed out solo for the road bike version.

I love where we live. We have the best playground, and the people who recreate in this playground are pretty damn cool in my books, all of them, no matter their sport of choice.

I should also take a sec to thank all of my sponsors who have been so good to me throughout the year, and of course I used every single one of them today, as I do every time I head out on my bike:

Suunto - Suunto 9 and Suunto bike sensor
Salomon - jacket, gloves and buff
Drymax Socks - socks and arm sleeves
Squirrel's Nut Butter - buttering nuts
Endurance Tap - x4 (best gel ever)
Trail Butter - x3 (new single serve packs!)
Princeton Tec - bikes lights, front and rear
