Pacing duties for the girls tonight. Had a ball and got a handy 5km in the legs. Congrats to my training partner @camillebuscomb for running a solid 10km so early in the season, and shout out to @diversinead for getting SO SO close to the A Qualifier. #MTC 🏃🏽‍♀️#zatopek10 #Nike #Gregson
