Over the last decade I've loved coaching runners across the world, plus bringing on good friends as coaches at Sharman Ultra. Today Matt Laye joins the team and we've shared a lot of miles on Mt Diablo in the Bay Area as well as a few miles at Rocky Raccoon 100 before he passed me to win the USATF Championship back in 2014.
