In the province of VALENCIA :

We set to START the TT opening stage in Volta a La Comunitat Valenciana - VCV !

What are we talking about ?

5 stages tour , with 3 mountain stages, 2 of which ends on a climb finish.

Who are we against here?

11 (!) Pro tour teams including the mighty team sky 🌌 and Movistar Team including the last year winner legend Alejandro Valverde and TDF winner Geraint Thomas.

So it’s a lost cause for us then ?

Nope. We are definitely pumped up to the challenge. Just ask the professor RUBEN PLAZA. “ It’s an opportunity for us. With BEN HERMANS as our GC guy here, we have a shot and we will work for him all week”.

So, BEN, what do you have to say?

Ben Hermans: “ I really like this race. I have ridden in the past 2 years and finished 2nd in 2017 and I guess 11th last year. So I will go for top 10 and for a stage “.

And today stage?

10 k flat TT with a bit uphill angle in the finish.
