The core may arguably be the most important muscle group to strengthen for endurance athletes. A strong core is key to maintaining proper posture, form, and technique throughout long training sessions! 🏃‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This side plank variation is one of my personal favorites. Strap a resistance band around your ankles, lift your upper leg to keep resistance on the band and hold steady!
