My happy place isn’t a physical location. I can find happiness virtually anywhere on a run
Today I’ll be trading the beautiful late spring days of Sacramento to begin an altitude training camp in Flagstaff, AZ, a place that feels like home away from home.
I’m looking forward to mountain air, miles of dirt roads & the opportunity to build more fitness. ⛰ 🏃🏼‍♀️
