Another sprint stage at Le Tour de France. Another day of energy conservation and prioritizing safety for EF Education First Pro Cycling.

Although Mike Woods suffered a fall during the final hour of racing, he escaped unscathed. Woodsy, Rigoberto Uran and Tejay van Garderen finished with the bunch. All three currently occupy spots in the general classification top 10.
