So do you reckon I should audition for Idols? 😂🤦🏽‍♂️ Looking back now I think I lost the plot a little in the Himalays. Ha Poor Ryno Griesel !

Lessons from the Edge, the film about Ryno & my #GHT2018 adventure premiers next Thursday evening the 29th at the Ultra Trail Cape Town movie evening. No booking or entry fee required - see you there at 7:30pm 😎

The film will launch globally on the 4th of December on Red Bull TV & YouTube channels.

Keep an eye on Red Bull Adventure as the film teaser will drop later this week 🤘🏽
