TO TRANSCEND & IMPROVE Yourself.💜 Do it for YOU no one else.💕
We raced in the Canterbury Champs tonight in windy conditions at the track. Cool tonight for myself and Allan Staite to both run seasons best myself (around 19 min 57), on the track, Allan (running just over 17 min, after backing up after a 800m earlier today. We both ran close to 1.18 & 1.29 In the Buller half marathon two weeks ago. I’m leading to the 100km champs in May so lots of long runs in the
week though I like to mix it up with shorter stuff, even though they are not my distance. My ore race routine today, lots of food and a soy latte de cafe!
So proud of Allan❤️
Next up for me next weekend is the @Mountain To Surf Marathon in New Plymouth
