RACE PLANNING 🏃‍♀️👍I’ve spent a few hours the last couple of weeks race planning for the next year , it’s going to be a super busy race schedule and I feel I’ve learnt a LOT about the importance of planning and relevance ie, is the race relevant and is it a race that will bring me joy. Please stay tune for a post about my upcoming race schedule over the next year. Excited to be having a meeting this week about this too. I didn’t realise how long it’s taken to research and fine tune this planning. The last 3 weeks I’ve taken some time out and reduced my kms, though this week I’ve started back harder training as week one, training for the #sydneymarathon as an A run.
