Short run 🏃‍♀️ earlier today, it was good not to feel pain in my hamstring after having a fall 6 days ago during a half marathon. Will have another run tomorrow to see how I feel. I’ve finished 4 weeks of heavy weights at gym and now having a few days off the gym, though I’ll have a mobility plan with body weight exercises and yoga of course! I believe weights and cross training helps me feel my best. Having a stronger core has helped me run personal bests this year. #barbelllifts #hingehold #squats
