It doesn’t look that hard when you’re watching but if you want a good core and hip burn try this. Start with a side plank, lift your top leg and push it slightly behind you. Do all of this while driving your hips forward. @hypo2chiro prescribed this as 3 x 30 second holds. I was shaking after about 15 seconds. This exercise is legit. I particularly love it because it doesn’t aggravate my DR and it activates all of your core while in a safe position. Also you can hear my husband in the background trying to hit on me with lines like “plank here often?” #diastasisrecti #strengthwork @naz_elite @hokaoneone @procompression
