Copenhagen with a twist. This exercise was impossible for me within the first year after having my kids. I feel the adductors are an area that get wrecked and weakened from childbirth and running many miles of course. My adductors caused pain in my groin and pelvis for a very long time before they were strong enough. Use a bench, place your top leg on it, at the knee and raise up. You should also feel your obliques working. Back down and repeat. This spices up the traditional Copenhagen by driving the knee of the bottom leg as you raise up.
