My latest Sunday’s with Steph episode: I take you through my routine of form drills that I do before every workout, every race and on a few other easy days. I believe drills are the time to improve your form, get quicker and make your stride more efficient. You can’t think about your form while running so this is the time to find your weaknesses and work on them. Also I talk about how I still pee my pants during some drills but have greatly improved since having kids. Keep it real!
