This week's #TrainingTipTuesday is all about Recovery. After long days of training, it’s vital you allow your body to recover from the strenuous activity. 8 hours of sleep, drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water and spend 30 minutes getting in a good stretch. All of these things will help your body heal. Sleeping, eating, and following a training regimen will make up 80-90% of your recovery. The next 10-20% won’t matter if you aren’t logging at least 8 hours of sleep with proper nutrition and rest.
